Kana came to US in 1991, graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology with an Interior Design major and has participated in many projects such as the top floor at Rockfeller Center and Hi Rise Residential Tower with Philip Johnson as well as other high-end American architectural design firms. In 2005 she established Derch LLC and has worked on various interior projects since then. The last two years, Kana has focused on creating "Safe and Beutiful " senior friendly residences in Manhattan. She is active in serving the Asian community as a real estate related professional. She is a MWBE business owner. In 2011,Kana was selected by Goldman Sachs 10,000 small businesses as its first Japanese scholar. She contributes to the US economy by providing Japanese quality design and customer service as part of her business growth plan. As the one Japanese female business owner who is a NYS certified interior designer, she serves board positions on several non profit organizations. Tadashi has over 1,000 Business connections in Japan and throughout Asia. He has produced over 100 Japanese brand retail stores and expanded their target presence to Asian countries during the last ten years . He came to New York in 2011 in the belief that the NY market is one of the most attractive for Japanese retail business . Tadashi now dreams to be a bridge as a total business support consultant to assist Japanese and Asian retail businesses to expand to New York City with his alliance business partners in Singapore, China and Thailand.

Sora came to NY in 2007 to challenge her career after working at major architectural interior design companies for many years. She is an licensed architect with over 18 years design experience in architecture and interior design. Her works include the major car brand's developing center, Levis store manual design, famous hair salon spas and luxury Casino Resorts. She also developed store design manual for "Freshness Burger", famous Japanese store.

He is a member of American Institute of Architects, and registered architects in New York,
Massachusetts and Taiwan. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Ken has over 25 years’
experience in architectural design working on projects such as planning, urban design, mixed-use and
residential. Ken has always strived to bring fresh ideas into them and creates unique solution. As a senior
design architect at a US major architectural firms over 15 years, Ken has provided services to many
clients and communication with government agencies. His most recent works at Perkin
Eastman Architects include Sky View Parc Center in Queens, Wanliu Shopping Center in Beijing, China.
Ken also acts as a consultant for local Chinese real estate developers.

Loretta is a health care design expert who has founded, designed and profitably operated almost 3,000 skilled nursing and hospital beds in the U.S. Her major projects include Sarah Neuman Nurshing Home in Westchester and renovation of 350 beds nurshing home upstate which she originally design and built 40 years ago.
